The Women's Council is required to submit a biennial report on its activities to the Governor and Chief Clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the appropriate standing committees under Wis. Stats. s. 13.172(3).

Biennial Reports prior to 1997 are in the records of the State Archives of the Wisconsin Historical Society.
